Real-time monitoring of internal pressure of cans and PET bottles after liquid nitrogen filling, as well as pressure detection after filling other carbonated products. It can quickly detect and eliminate unqualified products and provide audible and visual alarms. Users can monitor the front-end equipment for normal operation at any time. If unqualified products enter the market and cause adverse effects, continuous unqualified products being eliminated can be detected in a timely manner, indicating a problem with the front-end equipment. The function of automatically stopping the front-end equipment can be set to reduce the expansion of losses. In addition, with this detector, users can more easily debug the liquid nitrogen machine filling volume, without damaging the tank to determine whether the internal pressure meets the standard.
Product Features

The sensors are capable of detecting minute pressure changes, and through PLC calculation and comparison, provide timely judgment results, enabling real-time monitoring of each tested product as it passes through. The detection accuracy of this equipment is over 10 times higher than traditional methods for curved surface detection.
